The Power Broker: Robert Moses and the Fall of New York by Robert A. Caro
  1. I could not finish this book because it is a little too long and too detailed, making the "bang for buck" ratio slightly too low for my liking. It is a relatively pleasant read, but I also thought that the author assumed too much about what the reader knows regarding public policy, politics, and so on. Many times I felt myself lost in the subtleties of the politics that was unfolding, and there was no decent attempt made at explaining the situation more clearly.
