The Sovereign Individual: Mastering the Transition to the Information Age by James Dale Davidson, William Rees-Mogg
  1. I think what does happen is that we're moving to the age of the sovereign individual. If you haven't read that book, I highly recommend it, even though it's almost 20 years old. It's very prophetic.

  2. Depending on your mood, either The Sovereign Individual, Sapiens, Siddhartha, Total Freedom (JK), The Untethered Soul, or the Rational Optimist. Books are cheap, buy all and skim them for the one that grabs you.
